Igor Berkut biography. Who is Berkut and who is his "Brother"? Reflections on the New Jerusalem Project

16.10.2020 Design and interior

I don't have enough information. There is only what I know from the internet and the Israeli press. Therefore, I may be wrong about something. I will be glad for clarifications and additions. Now about the essence of the matter.

For the past two days, I've been asked to comment on this video:

You can see about the same thing here:

Israel began the actual occupation of Ukraine

About the start of the cherished project in Ukraine: "Heavenly Jerusalem"

“An epochal event at the beginning of 2017, which the world media did not even mention in passing, was the landing of the first group of immigrants from Israel, headed by Igor Berkut, in the port of Odessa. This group of 183 Jewish pioneers arrived in Ukraine from Haifa in order to lay the first stone in the foundation of Heavenly Jerusalem on the fertile land of southern Ukraine, "- so on the first day of the coming year of the Red Rooster (01/28/17) the portal" "told the world.

From the speech of Igor Berkut himself - the executive director of the project to create the main center of world Jewry in the territory of five southern Ukrainian regions - it became known that New Jerusalem by 2027. will become a hotbed of prosperity for Jewish settlers, built on the technologies of the 7th economic order.

According to Igor Berkut, who is revered by many in Israel as "Mashiach Ben Yosef", the money and decisive breakthrough technologies for the Heavenly Jerusalem will be given by the largest banking houses and global multinational corporations, most of which are owned by Jews.

The Heavenly Jerusalem project is a practical response to the predictions of the well-informed political heavyweight Henry Kissinger and the late Palestinian prophet Sheikh Yassin that by 2022-2025, the residence of Jews in the current territory of Israel will become impossible due to the aggressiveness of the surrounding Muslim population, natural anomalies and the future. cataclysm "Battle of the End".

An advanced group of Jewish settlers led by non-Jew Igor Berkut began preparing the infrastructure to receive the first hundred thousand Israelis. Their arrival and resettlement in the territory of New Jerusalem: Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Kherson and Nikolaev regions, is expected until mid-2018. In total, by the end of 2022, 6 million Jews from Israel and more than 12 million from Russia, the United States and the European Union are expected to arrive in the New Homeland.

The management of New Jerusalem, when it is officially announced after the adoption of the law on decentralization of Ukraine, will be entrusted to the Council of Benefactors, composed of 12 leaders.

A native of Kiev, Golda Meir, the 5th Prime Minister of the State of Israel, was declared the Honorary Eternal Head of the Council.

B. Netanyahu will become the chairman-prime minister after the termination of his powers in the State of Israel.

The finance will be managed by the former head of the US Federal Reserve Ben Shalom Bernanke.

Defense issues will be in charge of the current Israeli Defense Minister, a native of Chisinau, Avigdor Lieberman.

The special services will be headed by Yakov Kedmi, the former head of the Bureau for Relations with the Jews of the USSR and Eastern Europe "Nativ", who was born in Moscow.

Moscow-born political scientist and publicist Avigdor Eskin will be in charge of foreign affairs.

Internal affairs will be entrusted to the former Minister of Internal Affairs of the State of Israel, Soviet dissident Nathan Sharansky.

The well-known Russian TV presenter Vladimir Soloviev will lead the propaganda.

The issues of justice will be decided by a native of Crimea, lawyer Tatiana Montyan.

The speaker of the Council will be the former president of the Russian Jewish Congress, Yevgeny Satanovsky.

The chief rabbi is supposed to appoint an ethnic Ashkenazi of the Khazar version of the emergence of this branch of the tree of Israel.

Friendly economic and political assistance in the implementation of this civilizational mega-project, including the organization of resettlement and resettlement of Jews in the kibbutz (communes) of New Jerusalem, B. Netanyahu has already agreed with the current Prime Minister of Ukraine V. Grossman; Dmitry Medvedev, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation; senior adviser, son-in-law of 45th US President Donald Trump.

From the position of the Law of Changes, the arrival of the cosmic energies of the year of the red rooster (came on 01/28/17) heralds the dawn of a new day in the cycles of history. At the same time, the cycle itself starts in 2020 of the white rat.

According to non-politicians, 2020 will be the year of a turning point: a radical change in the mindset of the masses, the lifestyle of the nobility, the system of power itself, and the political course of the heirs of the USSR from the current "worship of the West" to "reliance on the energy of the East."

A.P. Devyatov

Something suggests that the described Jewish plans will not be able to come true. Yes, they should start. However, one start does not guarantee successful completion. As they say, the Jews assume, and the Almighty disposes.

Although Devyatov declares a certain departure from the linear model of unfolding history, the transients predicted by him are still weak in amplitude.

It seems to us differently: before our eyes, the beginning of the breakdown of the centuries-old biblical project is taking place. And this will generate a wave of changes with a powerful amplitude. Which, in the first place and in a natural way, will sweep away the main conductors of this project. A project that has brought the planet into a state of deepest systemic crisis.

Therefore, there cannot be both the collapse of the biblical project and the preservation of the well-being of its conductors into the life of the planet and society.

However, this does not mean that one can sit back and wait for History (the Almighty, Cosmos, Noosphere, GP, .. - find out, who likes what). You have to fight for your future. And first of all, by raising one's own level of general literacy in the broadest sense of the word. Then people will be more difficult to manipulate and the project, like the one described above, will not be finished.

The place of misanthropic Jews is in the dustbin of history.

Debriefing.

Although I am not currently working in the press, I continue to regularly monitor the main Israeli media in Hebrew out of my old habit. So, I have not seen any information about the epoch-making visit to Israel of the Ukrainian politician Igor Berkut, he is Igor Gekko. Google search in Hebrew also does not give anything about Igor Berkut (Gekko). Of course, there is also no information about the beginning of the implementation of the epoch-making project "Heavenly Jerusalem" and the departure from Haifa of the "Mayflower", sorry "Ruslana", with 183 Jewish pioneers in the direction of Odessa. All this could not pass my attention if something like this really took place.

The video shows the alleged performance of Berkut at the Shusterman Center for the Study of Israel. This center is actually located in the United States, in Massachusetts.

Igor Berkut demonstrates in the video a newspaper in Hebrew with large, full page, articles dedicated to his alleged visit to Israel, and with his large portraits. The articles are named exactly as Berkut calls them, but he does not name the newspapers in which these materials were allegedly printed, and the dates of publication. A search on the Internet in Hebrew shows nothing of the kind, although all central Israeli publications have their own Internet sites, and such publications could not leave a trace in The world wide web... So we are talking about a fake. Where Igor Berkut published these supposedly "newspapers in Hebrew" - the question remains open.

Judging by what I have learned about Igor Berkut (Gekko), he is a professional provocateur working for those who pay him for it. So, in 2015, he promoted, allegedly on behalf of the Ukrainian government, the idea of \u200b\u200btransferring Western Ukrainian regions to Poland. It has its own pocket party "Great Ukraine", which has never participated in any elections in Ukraine due to its lack of chances.

And we will continue to monitor this topic.

P.S. I wonder where Igor Berkut made a selection of the so-called "newspapers in Hebrew". It was made by someone not very literate, most likely from Russian-speaking journalists or journalists around it. One example is the Hebrew word for Jerusalem, which is feminine, so Heavenly Jerusalem would be ירושלים שמימית, not ירושלים שמימי. In addition, there is a clear language template ירושלים של מעלה, because of this, tracing paper from Russian ירושלים שמימית is almost never used in Hebrew.

Why would he take part in the Ukrainian elections? Can you imagine taking yourself by the hair, pushing yourself into a plane and flying to some Severodonetsk, imitating that you live and work there? ..

Why would he take part in the Ukrainian elections? Can you imagine taking yourself by the hair, pushing yourself into a plane and flying to some Severodonetsk, imitating that you live and work there? ..

Recently, I donated a contribution to the pro-Russian leader of the Ukrainian political party "Great Ukraine" Ihor Berkut. I bought his little book "Brother" with the face of Vladimir Putin on the cover. Forty-nine hryvnias - my modest contribution will go either to the needs of the political party, or to the accounts of the boys working at the Lubyanka ...

Why does the “former spy” need Severodonetsk?

I will not speak for a long time about the book, which describes the probable scenarios of the dismemberment of Ukraine with special lust. I am more curious about the persona of Igor Berkut, the leader of the Great Ukraine political party, a native of Yenakiyevo, a businessman who has long and fruitfully worked in Kazakhstan and Russia (he himself claims that he has a business in Ukraine). The real surname is Gekko, but for political work he took the pseudonym Berkut. The Great Ukraine Party was registered in 2006 after a long and stubborn resistance by then Minister of Justice Roman Zvarych.

We are on mobile phone contacted Mr. Zvarych to ask why he did not want to register "Great Ukraine".

“I don’t remember all the details,” he said. “After all, then we made decisions on some parties every day, but my complaints in“ Great Ukraine ”were that its program documents contained goals and objectives that did not presuppose the preservation of Ukraine's sovereignty and state borders.

It is not known for sure whether the party corrected the program, or whether the minister was replaced, but in 2006 "Great Ukraine" was still registered and became a political party.

I turned to experts close to Viktor Yushchenko. Well, they should know who the customer of the anti-Ukrainian and anti-presidential book is. “We do not know for sure, most likely - the Russian special services, the GRU, the FSB,” they answered me.

The biography of Igor Vitalievich, who calls himself a "former spy" and now a successful banker, fits into three lines. He graduated from the Moscow Combined Arms, Command School, a veteran of the war in Afghanistan, where he commanded a reconnaissance company and where he went at his own request. Igor Gekko's last place of service was Central Asian Military District ... After the collapse of the country, he refused to swear allegiance to another state, resigned. We will not analyze and dig how in 1991 he won a grant to study in the USA. Well, the man was lucky ... The fact is that Igor Vitalievich returned from there as a junior partner of TEXAKABANK, which was registered in Kazakhstan.

Later, Igor Vitalievich and his American partner resell this bank to Sberbank of Russia (Russian business publications mention this), during the same period they talk about Igor Gekko's purchase of Metrokombank in Moscow. And now, on the bank's official web page, the head of the bank's board in the capital of the Russian Federation is the brother of Igor Vitalievich Valery Gekko ... And the head of the board of directors of the Kazakhstani branch of the bank - igor Vitalievich Gekko himself .

This citizen is engaged in political activity in Ukraine sporadically and to this day to no avail.

In 2001, before the elections to the Verkhovna Rada, Mr. Gekko appears in Severodonetsk, takes a local newspaper under his wing and runs for the 112th single-mandate constituency. Interestingly, Gekko scored 20.8% and took second place. But then a scandal ensued. The press wrote that in 2001 he did not earn a dime in Ukraine. Since one of the requirements of the law for candidates for deputies is permanent residence in Ukraine for 5 years before the elections, this has drawn a number of proceedings. Then the Ministry of Internal Affairs accused Gekko that he lived in Kazakhstan and has at least two passports. During further proceedings, it emerged that he had illegally obtained Ukrainian citizenship. In 2003, the Prosecutor General's Office of Kazakhstan officially applied to the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding Gekko's citizenship, which tried to find out on what basis a citizen of Kazakhstan was registered as a candidate for Ukrainian deputies. Over time, the scandal subsided. Everyone was busy with the presidential campaign.

In 2004, Igor Vitalyevich took part in the “Civil Initiative” action and even seemed to sympathize with the opposition candidate Viktor Yushchenko. However, already in 2005, Gekko was "disappointed" in the orange leader. In the same year, he created the movement "Homeland-East", which began activities in Lugansk and the region. Now the project has been closed ...

In 2005 Igor Vitalievich was registered by the Central Exhibition Complex as 15th issue of the Yevgeny Marchuk Bloc, a member of his own party "Svoboda" in the 2006 parliamentary elections.

The press writes that at the beginning of 2007, Gekko announced himself in Kiev, initiating one of the first referendums on the resignation of Leonid Chernovetsky. This initiative found its second wind in the winter of 2008. Together with him, representatives of Mikhail Brodsky, the Klitschko Bloc and other political forces attended the press conference against Chernovetsky.

They say that in 2008 David Zhvania took over the party. Whether this is true or not, we do not know. Since Igor Vitalievich's public defense of David Zhvania in the latter's "passport scandal" cannot serve as confirmation of their cooperation. But now Igor Berkut is heard again. It is not surprising. The country smells like elections.

"By virtue of my profession, I have nine passports"

We attended a round table, the main participants of which were Igor Berkut and co-author of the above-mentioned book, Roman Vasilishin. General impression of Igor Vitalievich? Not devoid of the charm of masculinity ... Big growth, a scar on the face, an open face, a simple speech, but thoughtful, with factual. The rhetoric is anti-government, but not overtly Vitrenkov's. It is mainly the President's irresponsibility that scolds. Scolds that the National Security Council is headed by a woman gynecologist and that the civilian minister of defense does not understand military equipment... She scolds the current electoral system for closed lists, for the impossibility of democracy, for the fact that in Ukraine the real winner of the elections will still not be able to take part in governing the state. The authorities scold the authorities for the fact that in Russia, for example, Mordashov (the head of Severstal) pays over 440 dollars in tax per ton of steel, while in Ukraine Akhmetov pays only 140. Is that fair?

I, unable to bear it, interrupt somewhat impolitely:

- Is that why you do business exclusively in Russia and Kazakhstan?

Igor Vitalievich answers with impeccable restraint that he also has a business in Ukraine, and then speaks in detail and reasoned about the success of reforms in Kazakhstan.

“In Ukraine, all TV channels belong to five or six families,” he continues.

- Well, in Russia all the TV channels are in the same hands, - I continue to sarcastically, - so five or six owners are not so bad ... After reading your book, we assumed that your sponsor is either the FSB, or the GRU, or similar structures ... GRU loves such names - "Great Gagauzia", \u200b\u200b"Great Adygea", by analogy "Great Ukraine" ... But recently they started talking that David Zhvania is related to "Great Ukraine". Can you tell us who is the financial sponsor and political father of the Great Ukraine project? - I asked.

Igor Vitalievich smiles encouragingly, tells how difficult it is in Ukraine. He comes to Ternopil, and there they refuse to talk to you until you express your position on the second state and NATO, and how difficult it is to agitate in Donetsk, where they do not want to talk to you if you are not "regional".

- You may not believe. But I'm not from the FSB or from the GRU, and what has Zhvania got to do with it?

“I don’t believe,” I mentally answer. And since there were no questions in the hall, I continue to be interested in:

- You had serious problems with Ukrainian citizenship in the last elections. Are you sure that you have a Ukrainian passport and that you are a citizen of this country?

Igor Vitalievich answers without a shadow of indignation:

- By virtue of my profession, I have nine passports. And there were twelve, three had a statute of limitations. This was necessary for the safety of my family. But yes, I am a citizen of Ukraine.

After the press conference, some pensioner and pioneer approached Igor Vitalievich - they invited him to cooperate and expressed support. And I lacked one link in this, in general, clear story. For me, this is a deeply secondary matter - for whom of the local top politicians does Mr. Gekko-Berkut work part-time and what tactical tasks does he solve? The elections are coming soon, everything will become clear.

But it is obvious that he is in the service of another state. But the very name of the project "Great Ukraine" was not invented in Ukraine. Ukraine is not particularly interested in "greatness". We're not Gagauzia or Russia. Ukrainians do not have such ambitions - to be “great” (but poor), it is enough for us to be a strong, prosperous, European power, and not “great”. A bank account and clean streets are more important to us than having a nuclear bomb. Any Ukrainian-local resident of our country will understand this.

By the way, in a freshly published book, Berkut and Vasilishin praise Putin for his response to the "Chechen terrorist attacks" - the explosions of houses in Buinaksk, Moscow and Volgodonsk. While it is no secret to anyone that these explosions thinking people have not been considered "Chechen terrorist attacks" for a long time. In the opinion of the Western community, the aforementioned explosions are just a stage for a "small victorious war" conceived by the Kremlin's political strategists to raise Vladimir Vladimirovich's rating before the first presidency. The book scolds Mikhail Khodorkovsky, but for some reason they forget about how Putin's friends dismantled the best Russian company, Yukos.

It seemed to me that the book itself Igor Vitalievich, most likely, had not read it. Its main writer and co-author is Roman Vasilishin (a former member of the People's Movement of Ukraine), who offered to exchange Putin for Yushchenko at a press conference and said that "Ukraine can crumble like a rotting deck." He has an ambiguous reputation among the old Rukhovites.

- Rukh from the very beginning of its foundation was literally "stocked" by Russian agents, - Yaroslav Kendzor said in a comment to UNIAN. - I think Vasilishin is one of them. He somehow somehow got into the credibility of Gennady Udovenko, who led the party. And then, when his goals became obvious, he left Rukh under pressure. But now, with the appearance of this anti-Ukrainian book, it is clear who he works for.

... As for the Berkut, the question is really interesting: why did he need to acquire a Ukrainian passport and take part in the Ukrainian elections? Can you imagine taking yourself by the hair, pushing yourself into a plane and flying to some Severodonetsk, imitating that you live and work there? Why so much effort? Why spend so much money on PR? Why leave the banking business in Russia and Kazakhstan for the sake of Severodonetsk?

I don’t think he really wants to join the Ukrainian parliament ... Rather, it seems that he, like Stirlitz, is serving some virtual, non-existent homeland, which he considers truly great.

Igor Berkut: I'm talking about what you won't hear from Shuster and Kiselev

Changes in our country need to start by stopping believing in democracy building. How can you build democracy in a country where the ruling class is the criminal bourgeoisie ?! As in devastated cities with destroyed roads, with crime on the streets, with a dying out population, with all our devastation on the one hand and with the super-wealth of several dozen masters of the country on the other hand - how can we talk about some senseless democracy? If you can't pay for services - don't live, there is no money for treatment - die, there is no money for higher tariffs - don't use it, there is no money for education - don't study! Why should the owners of the country, the criminal bourgeoisie, need to cheaply give heat, light, to treat free of charge those who cannot pay? After all, now they are "effective owners"! The proprietors of the state, for whom the people, not making a profit, but only demanding social guarantees, is just a burden, an extra burden ... The country will begin to change only if the ruling criminal-bourgeois class is removed from power. But so far there are no discussions about this. Neither Shuster nor Kiselev has such discussions, and many journalists do not even think about this ...

In a live broadcast of the Lisichansk TV and Radio Company "Accent", the leader of the "Great Ukraine" political party, Igor Berkut, presented the position of the "Great Ukraine" party on the essence of the events taking place in the country - when for 20 years people have believed in democracy and all go to the polls. For all 20 years the country has been slowly and gradually dying out. How to turn the country on the right track, is there any point in the new Maidans and what questions should Ukrainians ask themselves before asking the question - what to do? Igor Berkut told about this and many other things, answering the questions of the journalist and TV viewers of the TRK “Accent” on April 2, 2012.

Below is a transcript of the interview.

You can watch the full video of the interview in the heading"Video quotes" .

"Accent":Good evening, dear viewers. TV and Radio Company "Accent" holds a meeting with the veteran afghan war, a former intelligence officer, author of the bestselling books "Brother" and "Brother-2". This is Igor Berkut. Today is a broad topic. Let's talk about political situation in the country. On the eve of this speech, announcements appeared in newspapers and on the radio: "He is telling the truth." What truth will you tell us?

Igor Berkut:I would like to show our view, the view of the Great Ukraine party, on the essence of the current events. For 20 years people have been voting, and at the same time, the country has been slowly and gradually dying for 20 years. The country, in principle, no longer has any chances, even to repair the roads in the Luhansk region. Never.

Who runs society? The dominant class. Who is the ruling class in Ukraine today? In whose interests does the entire economy and all politics in the country work? Today in Ukraine the ruling class is the class of the criminal bourgeoisie, it is also called the oligarchy. The criminal bourgeoisie lives only in its own interests. Her interests do not include free education, medicine, the provision of apartments, road repairs.

"Accent":And the Constitution? The source of power under the Constitution is the people.

Igor Berkut:The Constitution does not say about the ruling class, but it exists. And if we talk about the people, then according to the 1996 Constitution Ukraine is not a people's state. It used to be like this, according to the Constitution of 1978 Ukraine was a state of the whole people, existing in the interests of all working people. Now this is not the case.

People, on the other hand, continue to largely identify Soviet Ukraine with the new Ukraine - in terms of social obligations: pensions, medical care, education, benefits and many other state obligations to citizens that the Ukrainian SSR had. It's time to forget it. Today, the owners of the country, created in 1991, have no obligations to the people. And they are not going to have. Why would they? They own the entire economy in the country and are not at all interested in the quality of roads in Lisichansk, Severodonetsk or Rubezhnoye.

"Accent":Well, why not? They also drive.

Igor Berkut:They don't go here. They live in about 6-7 cities. These are Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Lvov, Odessa, Uzhgorod. And thousands of cities and villages are doomed to self-survival and, as a result, to extinction. And the number of survivors in these cities is decreasing, and the number of vacant housing per capita that is not suitable for anything is increasing. Because there is an exodus of people. Why should the country's owners be interested in people having good roads, free medicine, and cheap hot water in the tap in winter and summer? An “effective owner” (and how many have been shown to us that the state is an ineffective owner, while a private owner who becomes the owner of the plant is an effective one) removes all unnecessary expenses. The first thing he does, having received the plant, is transferring kindergartens, a polyclinic, an outpatient clinic, and sports sections to the city. And if you take the point of view of the country's owners, all the reforms are very effective. Why should the owners of the country, the criminal bourgeoisie, need to give away heat and electricity cheaply, to treat for free those who cannot pay?

From the point of view of the country's owners, all the reforms are correct. And retirement. Why do they need 14 million retirees who are hungry almost every day? What needs to be done to reduce the number of retirees? Increase the number of dying. Expand the dying zone by, for example, increasing the retirement age. While referring to Europe. Yes, in Europe the retirement age is not lower, but it rises along with the growth of the population's life expectancy. And in our country, the life of the population is falling, and the retirement age is increasing. And now the gap between the retirement age and death for men is 3 years. But the task of the "effective owners" of the country is to free themselves from the burden, from the entire surplus population. First of all, from retirees.

How can you arrange life in our country? Get into the service of the people who own the country. To the legal service, to the security, to give them pleasure, to be a singer, to become a top manager at their factory. And if you cannot go into the category of servants of this class of the criminal bourgeoisie, then your life is doomed to a whole chain of sad events. From bad roads to deteriorating medicine, crime, exorbitant payments.

According to German experts, 4.5 million people are enough for Ukraine to become a super-efficient country. These are the people who serve the interests of the criminal bourgeois class. Plus - workers and employees who bend their backs in their enterprises. All the rest are an extra burden.

"Accent":And what to do with it, how to deal with it? There are many such people who will not be content with the status of a servant.

Igor Berkut:To become a servant, you still have to try very hard. The overwhelming majority of citizens of our country would gladly transfer to the status of a servant. But there is a very limited number of places. The rest of the people are thrown into extinction. The rest of the people must pay for the right to live in this territory. It is for them that tax payments are toughened every day, tariffs and prices are raised.

What to do about it? To begin with, stop believing in democracy building. How can you build democracy in a country where the ruling class is the criminal bourgeoisie?

How to talk about some kind of senseless democracy in destroyed cities with destroyed roads, with everything that we see on the streets destroyed? If you can't pay for services - don't live, there is no money for treatment - die, there is no money for higher tariffs - don't use it, there is no money for education - don't study.

The country will begin to change only if the ruling class is removed from power.

How many millionaires, multimillionaires do we have in our society? Nine hundredths. How many are there in parliament? 375. If the parliament is representative, then there should be 0.09 millionaires or not at all.

Today the model of Ukrainian parliamentarism is an absolute expression of the interests of the criminal bourgeoisie. To understand that it is necessary to fight this, first of all, one must agree that the beginning of the struggle is in one thing - dismantling, destruction and destruction of the model of Ukrainian parliamentarism.

"Accent":But on the other side of the barricades, they are not asleep either. They will probably defend themselves somehow.

Igor Berkut:There are no discussions about this yet. What I am telling today, many journalists have never even heard. Neither Shuster nor Kiselev has such discussions. Therefore, our task is that we must start this dialogue, talk about it so that people hear us and understand. Otherwise, only the class of the criminal bourgeoisie will survive, and it does not need everything else. Their children are abroad, their accounts are offshore. And this is not 8, not 15, not 50 oligarchs, this is a whole pyramid.

What resources do we have left in the country? Oblenergo, which are now dismantled to the end, then teplokomunenergo, CHP. And the last - the land, the country ended there. Anyone have any idea what will happen after this? You are told that the new owner must be “effective,” and that efficiency is in increasing his profits. And the realization that until this ruling class is put under the knife, in a figurative sense, no positive changes in the country, in principle, can happen.

Call:Why do those who keep our oligarchs in peace do not think that they have children, that not only those who have millions, but everyone else will suffer. Power lies. The Chernobyl survivor gets 120 for his health improvement, and the deputy goes on vacation - 25 thousand. And we can say that people are thrown for survival, they do not need us. Take the pitchfork? Now the top, which consists of Jews, has come to power.

"Accent":Do you understand the question?

Igor Berkut:Of course I understand. The ruling class has no nationality. Viktor Fedorovich is not a Jew at all. Viktor Fedorovich, as he himself said, is a Ukrainian with Lithuanian roots. And Yushchenko was no non-Jew. It's just that in the kitchen you can joke that out of the 10 richest people in the country, 8 of the same nationality. And I did not offer to take any pitchfork. Because you won't take anything, no pitchfork. In addition, in the age of automatic weapons, taking up the pitchfork is naive and ridiculous. And any attempt to "take the pitchfork" will be suppressed brutally and with pleasure. The ruling class must and will defend itself. Because they have children and grandchildren. And if he allows someone to take on hoes or hoes, then what is this ruling class that does not think about their children and grandchildren? Concerning law enforcement, what do you want from them if their high bosses are appointed by the ruling class? Who appointed the heads of law enforcement agencies the day before yesterday? Yushchenko's entourage. Yesterday - Tymoshenko. Today - the circle of the incumbent president. So this is one class, the ruling class. So how do you want the police to fight the gentlemen if they appoint the Minister of the Interior? What do you expect from the prosecutor's office if the attorney general is appointed by the ruling class? What do you expect from judges if they are approved by deputies?

Many years ago I said that the era of unfulfilled hopes, which began in 1991, will end in 2011. And this era, thank God, is over.

Call:I have a question for Azarov. About the children of war. Since 2006, we have to pay 30%. Previously, they paid 10%, this is some 49 hryvnia. Now even 10% have stopped paying and say, "added". What is he, mocking us? He does not pay our money, and then he says that he will add.

"Accent":It is strange that this question is being asked to you.

Igor Berkut:Absolutely not weird. Because I will answer next. And when a school was closed in every fourth village, and when 30% of rural hospitals and outpatient clinics were removed in the Luhansk region, but it did not affect you personally, this did not bother you. And why should the problems of children of war be of concern to the now unemployed, a former nurse from the village, where the hospital was closed, which became so 10 years ago? You each remember your troubles when it comes to you personally. And when the whole country is sinking in every sense, it doesn't concern you. And so it will continue. Moreover, if you now receive a penny, you will not receive them at all, or you will receive so much that you cannot buy even half a loaf of bread. Because all of you in this country are that part of the population that the ruling class has prepared for disposal. There can be concessions only before the elections. Your life consists not only of 100 hryvnias. It consists of the road, from the hospital, from the school, from the local television, from the atmosphere in the city, so that there is no crime, drugs, so that there are people on the streets, it is kept clean, so that you will be protected in case of an accident. By the way, Azarov knows what you are talking about better than you. It is not necessary to transfer this to him. He is simply a conductor of the ideas of the class that put him as prime minister. It could not be otherwise. Do you want Azarov to take money from Firtash and Pinchuk and start handing out wars to children? Then he must start with a coup and become a dictator. But the other part of the population that continues to believe in democracy will not understand this.

"Accent":People don't care anymore.

Igor Berkut:If Azarov made a coup and went to war against Firtash and Pinchuk and other oligarchs, Kiselev, Shuster, and other fighters of the Kiev television fronts would explain that Azarov is a dictator and an enemy of democracy.
What did Azarov have to do to take money from the oligarchs and give to children of war, single mothers, disabled people? At least make them pay taxes. And not like they are now - they take everything out of the country at half the cost so as not to pay taxes.
What is the largest percentage in the shadow of Ukrainian business? Metallurgy, chemistry, oil refining. This is the largest percentage of businesses in the shadows.

In this sense, it is significant what Putin did with Khodorkovsky when Khodorkovsky began to buy up the Russian parliament in parties, as happened here. That is, Khodorkovsky wanted to make it look like in Ukraine, when each party is supported by oligarchs and votes as the oligarchs need. When Putin came to power, the tax on a barrel of Russian oil was $ 3, the budget was poor. What did Putin do? Raised up to 46 and immediately the budget began to fill. Why do exporters of Ukrainian steel, multibillionaires, the richest people on the planet, around whom the country is dying, pay $ 140 per ton of steel smelted in Ukraine, while the Russian billionaire pays $ 480? Maybe because in Russia the parliament represents the interests of the state?

Call:Are you a Severodonetsk resident yourself? When was the last time you drove along the Lisichansk-Artemovsk highway?

Igor Berkut:Yes, I'm from Severodonetsk. I drove along this route last night and to overcome 130 km. between Donetsk and Severodonetsk, it took us 3.5 hours for 130 km. Therefore, I began by saying that if someone thinks that the time will come when the roads will be repaired and everything will be fine, then this cannot happen. This will never happen in a country that is governed the way it is today. In a country owned by 50 families. The road from Donetsk to Severodonetsk via Artemovsk will most likely cease to exist in the next 10-12 years. In general, it will not be. And if it is suddenly repaired, another will die nearby. And they are all like that. And from Lisichansk to Severodonetsk to drive? And from Severodonetsk to Rubizhne? Isn't it the same?

"Accent":Well, somehow we go, we got used to it.

Igor Berkut:This is how we will go, once we have got used to it.

"Accent":I received a call from Alexander Ivanovich from Severodonetsk. He says, "if Igor Berkut announces a meeting with the residents of Severodonetsk, the people will come."

Igor Berkut:Many thanks. Starting from April, I will hold meetings, I will speak so that people can answer some questions for themselves. What do we want? Let's say we know who is to blame. What to do? But first you need to answer the question: "What do we want?" Then it will be clear what needs to be done.

"Accent":The understanding is that something needs to be done. Is it possible to repeat the "Maidan"?

Another option is that any "Maidan" today, the ruling class can easily direct by bribing the leaders, in their favor. As it happened with the "tax maidan", absolutely useless, for which money was given to other representatives of the ruling class. Therefore, I do not see any point in "Maidans" without an answer to the question, what do we want? In order to revive the idea of \u200b\u200ba just state in people's minds, we must ask: what will be the basis?

Here recently information about the deeds of Igor Berkut slipped through. I want to notify the inhabitants of HB that I have nothing to do with the deeds of the imposter Gekko, who stole my promoted brand.

The so-called "Igor Berkut (Gekko)" is a product of an unnatural combination of the interests of the FSB and the SBU, who used my name for this clown, since my name was very well known to the inhabitants of our region. That is, the FSB-SBU clown Gekko became a "clone".

Until now, however, I have been confused with this Moscow-Pindos spy. Therefore, it became necessary to declare - CITIZENS! If some donkey uses my name, first look at who he is and where he is from, and at his sorrowful deeds, so as not to get confused.

Igor Gekko: how an intelligence banker became a "politician on call"

Normal people are already tired of Ukrainian politics. Incessant chaos and outright chaos, created by the acting political elite, generates a demand in society for new forces and new faces. However, weary citizens should be careful. After all, not necessarily new politicians promising manna from heaven will be better than the old ones. Moreover, in the wake of people's disgust for the current government, very contradictory actors are trying to break through to it (the government).

Let's use one example.

Since mid-May, the politically concerned public has looked with bewilderment at the unprecedented activity that was developed by a little-known party called "Great Ukraine". Its leader - someone Igor Gekko - even against the background of a fountain spouting political life became one of the main newsmakers of the country.

Then he protects David Zhvania (about the reasons - below) from raids related to the illegal acquisition of citizenship. That opposes the withdrawal of the Black Sea Fleet from Sevastopol. That gives a chat-conference about the problems of the Ukrainian army in one of the prestigious business Internet publications, and dozens of "questions" to the character are formulated in a suspiciously identical style and the same obsequious manner. That initiates the action "Ukraine without Yushchenko" and at all corners talks about the repressions against party members by the regime ... In general, he is promoting for any reason.

All this activity is accompanied by unmotivated publications in the media (journalists, after all, also want to eat), in which the citizen of Gekko, for unknown reasons, answers various questions.

No one doubts that this surge of activity is nothing more than an attempt to promote another politician and the mentioned party project. There are dozens of such undertakings in the modern history of Ukraine. However, Igor Gekko is such a colorful character that it is worth dwelling on him in more detail.

Official legend

According to the official biography disseminated by "Great Ukraine", Igor Vitalievich Gekko was born in 1964 in Severodonetsk, Luhansk region, where he spent his childhood. After graduating from school No. 10, he entered and successfully graduated from the Moscow Higher Combined Arms Command School.

Having received a military education, in 1986-1987 he served as a reconnaissance platoon commander in the Central Group of Forces in the forty-fifth separate air assault battalion. In 1988, at his own request, he was sent to the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan, as a reconnaissance platoon commander, then - as battalion intelligence chief.

In 1989, in connection with the reform of the fortieth army, Igor Gekko was transferred to the Central Asian Military District, where he served until 1991. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, not considering it possible to take an oath of allegiance to another state, he (at the age of 27) resigned.

At the expense of a grant received under the program for former military personnel, Igor Gekko in 1991-92. received a financial education in Russia and the USA. He worked in the banking and finance sector, where he made a successful career.

In 2001 he took up social activities. He was the editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Lyubimy gorod", in 2005 he became the head of the public organization "Motherland-East", in 2006 he headed the party "Great Ukraine".

In publications, Gekko's press service calls him "self-made man."

Banking career

Apparently, the "financial education" received under the aforementioned grant went for the future. Since already in July 1993 Gekko, together with his American partner Gregory Knowle Studer, registered TEXAKABANK JSC in Kazakhstan. Moreover, Studer owned almost 90% of the shares, and Gekko - 9.7%.

The banking business developed quite successfully, TEXAKABANK has built a network of more than 30 branches in the main cities of Kazakhstan. In 2005-2006, Studer and Gekko bought a small Metrobank in Moscow. In the same 2006, the partners redistributed their shares in TEXAKABANK, after which they sold its shares to Sberbank of Russia.

Already in March 2008, Gekko and his old partners created Metrokombank in Kazakhstan, where Igor Vitalievich is listed as the head of the Board of Directors (http://www.metrocombank.kz/history/management.php). Interestingly, the board in Moscow Metrobank is headed by Valery Vitalievich Gekko, the brother of the defendant (http://www.metrobank.ru/history/management.php). A couple of years ago Igor Gekko even received an award in Russia for his contribution to the development of banking. In a word, the newly-minted politician has a pretty decent official biography.

Political and criminal wrong side

However, in the heroic biography of Citizen Gekko there are several episodes about which he diligently keeps silent.

So, in 2001, right before the elections to the Verkhovna Rada, Mr. Gekko, who was actively involved in business in Central Asia and Russia, appears in Severodonetsk, takes the mentioned newspaper under his wing and nominates himself for 112 single-mandate constituencies in Severodonetsk. Interestingly, the newcomer politician Gekko gained 20.8% and took second place, behind only Julia Yoffe, who was already elected from this constituency to parliament. The secret was that Gekko received the support of some of the local administration and business. Then in Severodonetsk and Rubizhne there was a lot of talk about falsifications in favor of Yoffe.

Gekko tried to challenge the election result, which attracted unnecessary attention and caused problems. Thus, the Committee of Voters of Ukraine, checking the candidate's data, found that the company "Finintex" ("Finance and Investments in Texas"; http://finintex.ru), whose vice-president was allegedly Gekko, was not registered in Ukraine. This is a US registered company, whose representative office in Moscow was headed by Valery Gekko.

Further, it turned out that Igor Vitalievich in 2001 did not earn a dime in Ukraine. Natural questions arose, but what did he do and where he lived, because one of the requirements of the law for candidates for deputies is permanent residence in Ukraine for 5 years before the elections.
It turned out that the citizen of Gekko lived in Kazakhstan and has at least two passports (the second in the name of Gontsul). The second passport was allegedly needed to erase the traces of Igor Vitalievich's criminal past.

With further investigation, it emerged that Gekko illegally obtained Ukrainian citizenship (hello to David Vazhayevich). In 2003, regarding the citizenship of Gecko in the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs the Prosecutor General's Office of Kazakhstan officially appliedwho tried to figure out on what basis citizen of Kazakhstan was registered as a candidate for Ukrainian deputies?

The facts of violations were clearly recorded, as a result of which on January 9, 2004, the Ministry of Internal Affairs sent an orientation to the border and customs points in order to detain Gekko. Deputy Minister of the Interior A. Prisyazhnyuk then explained that the police had put Gekko on the wanted list and wanted to seize the Ukrainian passport. But he disappeared. Then the pre-election fever began, and Gekko was temporarily beaten. According to available data, back in 2006, once again running for parliament, Igor Gekko was a citizen of Kazakhstan (http://www.jsc.kz/?page\u003dshowpub&pid\u003d42), as evidenced by information about his property.

In 2004, Igor Vitalyevich took part in the Civil Initiative campaign and even seemed to sympathize with the opposition candidate Viktor Yushchenko. However, already in 2005, Gekko violently and publicly became “disillusioned” with the “orange” leader. Interestingly, this happened in September 2005, exactly after the well-known corruption scandal.

In the same year, Gekko created a public association "Rodina-Vostok" (http://rodinavostok.org/leader), which began its activities in Lugansk and the region, established a distinction for outstanding Luhansk residents, etc. Now this project has been curtailed, its activists are working for the good of “Great Ukraine”. It is known that the party registered 12 print media in one day.

The party used extravagant slogans to attract attention. For example, accompanying the call to introduce elections on open party lists, the “great Ukrainians” proposed to move the parliament to Zaporozhye.

According to available information at the turn of 2007-2008. the batch was bought by the aforementioned David Zhvania. David Vazhaevich, apparently, realized that the Yuri Lutsenko project had largely exhausted itself, so he began to prepare backup options.

Back in early 2007, Gekko publicly declared himself in Kiev, initiating one of the first referendums on the resignation of Leonid Chernovetsky. This initiative gained a second wind in the winter of 2008. Together with him, representatives of Mikhail Brodsky, the Klitschko bloc and other associations attended the press conference.

At the elections of the mayor of Kiev, "Great Ukraine" played the role of a technological project of BYuT. According to sources within the party itself, the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc is preparing to deploy the party to work in the southeastern regions of Ukraine.

Special footprint

However, there is another interesting aspect. The popular phrase that there are no former scouts is fully consistent with Mr. Gekko. Sources in the competent authorities have revealed another dimension of his multifaceted nature.

According to available data, Mr. Gekko's bank in Kazakhstan has been repeatedly used to launder shadow russian money... These streams were under the control of the "Solntsevo" group and the FSB. By the way, Solntsevskaya gangs are still Gekko's partners: together they own a chain of restaurants in Sevastopol.

It was on the basis of their proximity to the Russian special services that Gekko and Zhvania, who had extensive contacts there since the monopoly trade in TVELs, found a common language. After all, controlling the supply of fuel elements is almost the same as receiving a grant for an intelligence officer in 1991 (!) To study in the United States and returning from there at the age of 28 as a junior partner in a bank. It is obvious that someone helped the "self-made man" ...
At the moment, the Great Ukraine project is included in the pool of shares supported from Russia, which are under the operational control of Viktor Medvedchuk. She is gaining fame with the help of the action "Ukraine without Yushchenko", on which the leader of the "white-hearted" with the lips of Gekko will hang all the dogs.

Thus, the interests of David Zhvania, Viktor Medvedchuk and Yulia Tymoshenko were intertwined around Igor Gekko's “Great Ukraine”. Talk about the appearance new strength and there are no new faces - this is another technological project that will die or be reformatted as soon as its owners achieve their goals or lose interest in it.
