I accidentally remembered about the massager and decided to try it. I chose a suitable attachment, set vibration and heating, and began to massage in the neck area. The massager warmed the neck so pleasantly, and the vibration relaxed that the pain gradually passed. I did this for several days and the pain completely disappeared. Now I sometimes use this massager not only in the neck area, but also on other parts of the body.
