If water comes out of the control fitting, this indicates that the tank membrane is not tight and the need to replace it.

It is imperative to rinse and clean the heat exchangers in a timely manner, because dirt and scale deposits reduce the thermal conductivity and flow area, which leads to a decrease in the efficiency of the boiler and overheating, and subsequently costly replacement.

It is recommended to set the hot water supply temperature so as not to dilute it with cold water, thus ensuring minimum heating. The lower the hot water temperature, the lower the scale formation rate.

Coarse filters are nets, so their maintenance is reduced to removing and rinsing under running water to the desired state.

A gas burner can become clogged and build up over time from combustion products, and cleaning is usually easy with a soft brush and vacuum cleaner. If there is heavy dirt, it can be easily removed.

Diagnostics and failures of boilers

  • once again press the button with the “+” sign and wait for the appearance of “P.2”;
  • press the “i” button and start the automatic diagnostic system, then the boiler can be switched to the minimum gas supply;
  • press the “i” button and wait for the digital value from 0 to 99;
  • press the “+” or minus button several times until the pressure is set to the correct value.
  • save the changes, for this you need to hold the “i” button for about 5 seconds.

In this case, the unit will automatically exit diagnostic mode. After that, it will be possible to turn off the device, remove the pressure gauge and reinstall the sealing screw.

Checking the functioning of the boiler

And after the unit has been installed, it is also necessary to perform several manipulations that will make sure that the performance of the unit is at the right level. To do this, connect the device and check the gas supply lines, heating systems and other pipelines for leaks.

You must also make sure that the burner flame readings are in the correct position.

Features of heating

During the initial connection and the initial stages of operation of the unit, it is necessary to monitor all stages of its operation.
